Description: This is the classic account of the rigid and focused movement known as the Mussar movement in Jewish history. It's main proponents and innovators being Rabbi Israel Salanter (b. 1810), Simha Zissel Ziv (b. 1823), Nathan Zvi Finkel I (b. 1849), & R' Israel Meir Hakohen. This is one of the only two parts of Dov Katz's work in English and it was never reprinted again. This book is printed in 1977 in Tel Aviv.

Condition: In excellent condition, as pages and covers are very clean and there is no writing in the interior.

Some minor fraying to cover edge and corners.
