Shipping Payment & Returns

All regular orders are sent out within 5 business days of payment. Bulkier and/or larger sets have a 10 day handling time. All purchases are packaged with a lot of cushioning and outside tape to insure that your books get to you in pristine condition. All individual books or smaller sets are first placed in cellophane and wrapped, and then cushioned on all sides. Larger sets are more conveniently stacked tightly and cushioned from impact on all sides.

You are welcome to choose at checkout any kind of payment you want, including all major credit cards, Paypal, Personal check and Money Order  Please wait for check to clear our bank before shipment of package. If sending a Money Order we accept postal money orders only. From Canada please use the International Postal Money order made out in U.S. dollars.

We have a 14-days, no questions asked, money back guarantee, from when you receive your package,  The merchandise must be in the original condition as shipped to you and not tampered with or changed in any way. There is absolutely no waiting period for refunds, it is your money and it is back to you as soon as we receive your return. Buyer pays return shipping, unless it was our mistake as in an error in the listing, then we reimburse you for your shipping costs as well, but please contact me before you ship it back, to work out the shipping details. I don't want anyone losing money in the event of an error on my part.
